If you are:
  1. Enrolling in a new plan and need to complete the enrollment applications, click on the ENROLL NOW button.
  2. A policy owner logging into the self-service portal for the first time, click the CREATE LOGIN button to setup your User ID and Password.
  3. A returning policy owner logging into the self-service portal enter your User ID and Password on the right side under Returning User.


System Availability:
(1) We will be exercising a network outage window on Saturday 4/26/2025 from 7:00am EST until 5:00pm EST Saturday 4/26/2025. (2) Datamart will be upgraded to the new and improved "Reporting" tool on 4/28/25. Please reach out to your normal distribution list if you have any questions. Thank you.

2) Click Create Login to create your Lincoln policy login information.
