If you are:
  1. Enrolling in a new plan and need to complete the enrollment applications, click on the ENROLL NOW button.
  2. A policy owner logging into the self-service portal for the first time, click the CREATE LOGIN button to setup your User ID and Password.
  3. A returning policy owner logging into the self-service portal enter your User ID and Password on the right side under Returning User.

(1) The new and improved Datamart, called "Reporting" is now live! Enjoy the same features with a refreshed look and feel. For any questions please reach out to your normal distribution group, thank you. (2) We will be exercising a network outage window on Saturday 5/10/2025 at 7:00am ET until Sunday 5/11/2025 10:00pm ET.
1) Click Enroll Now to enroll into your plan.
2) Click Create Login to create your Lincoln policy login information.
