  1. Enrolling in a new plan and need to complete the enrollment applications, click on the ENROLL NOW button.
  2. A policy owner logging into the self-service portal for the first time, click the CREATE LOGIN button to setup your User ID and Password.
  3. A returning policy owner logging into the self-service portal enter your User ID and Password on the right side under Returning User.


System Availability:
We will be exercising a network outage window on Saturday April 25th from 7:00am EST until 5:00pm EST Sunday April 26th.
1) Click Enroll Now to enroll into your plan.
2) Click Create Login to create your Lincoln policy login information.
